After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • It must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted
3. How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will respond with the return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it via a trackable shipping method.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our end.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund or exchange status.

4. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, etc.)
  • Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • If your return doesn’t meet the eligibility conditions, we may issue store credit instead of a refund
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different color, size, or style), please:

    Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

    We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a short description.
